Asia 1998

I started this trip off in Calcutta and headed off into Nepal to do some trekking. From Kathmandu (where I did not see the green eyed yellow idol, the subject of John Milton Hayes' famous poem), I then took a road trip to Lhasa, Tibet. From there I flew back to Kathmandu (still not making the acquaintance of the yellow idol) and then back to New Delhi, via Varanassi and Agra.
